South Pacific Tourism Organisation
The SPTO is the official inter-governmental organisation for tourism in the South Pacific, with both public and private sector members. As a member of the SPTO we receive comprehensive training on South Pacific destinations.

Tahiti Tiare agent
The Tahiti Tiare Program is a training initiative (including a destination familiarisation trip) by Tahiti Tourisme Australia to assist travel agents in becoming destination specialists for Tahiti and Her Islands.

AFTA - Australian Federation of Travel Agents
AFTA is the body that represents Australian travel agents and ensures that its members are fully licensed and committed to AFTA Agent's code of ethics. AFTA membership represents experience, service, professional conduct and fully trained staff.

TCF - Travel Compensation Fund
The TCF monitors licensed travel agents to ensure that only those with sufficient finance to trade are TCF participants. All Licensed Travel Agents in Australia must be a member of the TCF.

IATA - International Air Transport Association
IATA accreditation recognises travel agents that are authorised to sell and issue international airline tickets. It recognises that we meet required standards of business and criteria in regard to staff qualifications and company finances.
